Demo day review loop

Partners can evaluate practical readiness without waiting for a hiring promise.

Employer engagement is framed around observable student work: scoped problems, prototype evidence, safety habits, communication, and feedback.

  1. Scope: employers or partners suggest a realistic automation, inspection, data capture, or workflow problem.
  2. Checkpoint: instructors review safety, tool use, troubleshooting notes, and whether the prototype is ready to show.
  3. Demo: students present the problem, build choices, test result, limitation, and next improvement in a short review format.
  4. Handoff: reviewers can use the portfolio packet, demo clip, and feedback notes to decide next conversations.
